He will present an elevated look into claims management\, Ohio BWC programs and other areas within the Ohio BWC that can reduce an employer’s premiums. \nJohn has more than 25 years of experience of experience in the Ohio workers’ compensation system\, including an extensive history working with Spooner Inc.\, but also spent over 8 years working as a Regional Business consultant with the Ohio BWC.  John’s extensive background provides him with an understanding of employers’ issues and challenges faced by BWC customers.  With this perspective\, Spooner Inc. can customize solutions and tailor them for each specific situation. John has a well-rounded experience in both the private and public sector. \nCo-sponsored by Geauga Growth Partnership and Kent State University at Geauga.
