AI Bootcamp for Business
Geauga Growth Partnership will host a two-part, hands-on AI Bootcamp delivered by Aidan Systems, designed to help business owners, managers, operations leaders, nonprofit leaders, and other professionals develop practical AI skills and then apply those skills more broadly across their teams and organizations. Registration is $250 per participant, be sure to bring a laptop and be prepared to work directly with AI tools throughout both sessions!

Part 1: Build Individual Productivity – Learn how to use AI tools to get real work done more effectively
- Hands-on instruction with Microsoft Copilot, Claude Cowork, Chattox, Coflex, and related tools.
- Explore more complex strategist activities: planning, problem-solving, decision support.
- Between sessions, apply your skills to your own work and return with lessons, questions, and ideas.
- Apply AI to simple tasks: drafting communications, summarizing documents, research, analysis reporting.
- Learn to provide better instructions, work safely with business information, evaluate AI-generated results, and create reusable approaches.
Part 2: Scale the Opportunity Across Your Organization – Learn how to take individual productivity gains and create impact at the team and company level.
- Understand what changes when AI moves from one person to supporting shared processes, common information, multiple users, and measurable outcomes.
- Explore the importance of data, governance, security, human oversight, adoption, and success measurement.
- Complete AI’ds AI Fit Assessment to identify AI opportunities for your organization by assessing business adjacencies, operational challenges, AI readiness, and ability to execute.
Leave with a Plan & Drive Real Value: Each participant, or colleagues working together from the same company, will leave with a prioritized portfolio of AI use cases and a practical action plan for an appropriate first initiative.
Continue Your Journey: Participants will retain access to their AI Fit Assessment for one month after the bootcamp to continue refining their analysis and roadmap.
