When you walk into a doctor’s office, senior care community, or hospital, you’re greeted by people who dedicate their lives to caring for others. But behind every great healthcare provider is a network of support — employers, educators, and community partners — working together to make sure our caregivers have what they need to succeed.
That’s what the Geauga Healthcare Sector Partnership is all about.
Led by Geauga Growth Partnership (GGP), this collaborative brings together local healthcare providers like University Hospitals Geauga, Judson Senior Living with educators such as Kent State University Geauga and Lakeland Community College. Selected as one of 11 newly funded collaboratives, the Geauga Healthcare Sector Partnership kicked off in January 2025 with a Spark Grant from the Ohio Department of Development.

Co-sponsored by Geauga Growth Partnership and Kent State University at Geauga. These events are an opportunity to bring business and industry leaders together with our community to network, learn, and collaborate. Each event is intended to foster a heightened awareness of business, industry, and public services present in Geauga County and to facilitate networking among the members of those sectors. Anyone working or living in Geauga County will benefit from learning more about our local employers and services.

This FREE event is hosted right inside the main doors of KSU Geauga, facing Claridon-Troy Road.
Geauga Growth Partnership Board of Directors is dedicated to providing a positive and respectful environment for all event and training participants. GGP employees, members, guests of members, attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are expected to observe high standards of behavior and personal ethics in their conduct at any GGP event or training.
Anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior during these events or trainings will be asked by a GGP representative to discontinue the offensive behavior immediately. Should the behavior continue or if the behavior is deemed severe enough, the individual(s) will be removed from the event or training (without a refund) and may be denied entry to future events or trainings.
